 While in Bloemfontein, take a drive up Naval Hill and discover a nature reserve in the center of the city, and simultaneously get a bird's-eye view of the city. For the viewing of flora and fauna we will visit some of the many nature reserves in the region. On Soetdoring nature reserve you will come face to face with the king of the beasts the, lion. You will also have a unique opportunity to experience & learn more about their unique feeding patterns. At Sandveld (one of the most scenic natures reserves in the Free State) you will witness some of our more rare species of antelope like the tsessebe, sable, roan and also giraffe, buffalo, koedoe, gemsbuck, springbuck and even the elusive white rhino.
